As many of you know, sometimes we have that nasty inner critic who slams us at every step. This is mine. She is truly a mean one! I'm trying to name her. The only name that comes to mind is Nasty Nellie. What do you think?

If Nelly is the first thing that comes to mind, then Nelly it should stay. Always go with the first thought that comes to mind.
I think Nelly is from my childhood, watching Little House on the Prairie.....That girl was indeed nasty! Blessings....
